What were your health habits like during 2020? For me, I definitely had a little stock pile of red wine when the pandemic first started. After a month or so, I’m like okay, time to get some healthier habits back on track. Yoga, green tea, wine on weekends, no more weeknight wine just because I didn’t have to wake up as early. It’s hard when your routine falls apart, you can’t go the gym or your yoga studio and everything changes. Gradually, I rebuilt those health habits that I established pre pandemic and am feeling better for it now. But it is not always easy! I had lots of support, it helps when your office is in a yoga studio and you’re surrounded by dieticians and natural health experts that can nudge you in the right direction and keep you on track. That is why I am excited to start the year off right with my annual New Year, Best You workshop. This is a chance for a bunch of us to get together (virtually this year!) and strategize and inspire one another for our healthiest year.
