Part of talking to so many fun women all day is hearing what healthy treats they come up with. You guys are going to love this smoothie. ⁠

Salted Chocolate Hemp Shake (this recipe is for 2!)⁠
2 cups almond milk (or unsweetened coconut milk)⁠
1 frozen banana⁠
1/2 avocado⁠
2 medjool dates⁠
2 tbsp cocoa powder⁠
3 tbsp hemp hearts⁠
1 tbsp nut butter⁠
1/4 tsp cinnamon⁠
1/8 tsp sea salt⁠
Handful of ice cubes⁠
2 shots of espresso (can omit)⁠
(can add 2 scoops of collagen powder)⁠
