Part of talking to so many fun women all day is hearing what healthy treats they come up with. You guys are going to love this smoothie.
Salted Chocolate Hemp Shake (this recipe is for 2!)
2 cups almond milk (or unsweetened coconut milk)
1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
2 medjool dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp nut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp sea salt
Handful of ice cubes
2 shots of espresso (can omit)
(can add 2 scoops of collagen powder)
The avocado will help balance your blood sugars and support your hormones while you sip away on this healthy treat. Enjoy!
