1 cup filtered water
1 green apple, cored and chopped
1 kiwi, peeled
1 handful of spinach, kale or romaine lettuce
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup chopped cucumber (peeled or unpeeled)
1/2 avocado
Juice of 1 lemon
Handful of fresh mint (can omit)
Handful of ice cubes
