I feel SO terrible when I don’t get enough sleep. Everyone has a different amount that they need, I like 8! And for me, there’s no point in getting up early if I’m a zombie in the day. Also, don’t talk to me before coffee.⁠

Sometimes drinking water all day sucks. If you’re a teacher, in a classroom, it sucks… maybe the worst ….because you can never get out to pee. But you do feel amazing when you drink enough.⁠

Exericse- obv.⁠

Eat some veges- obv. Especially a green one- yay for all those antioxidants. ⁠

Test your hormones- if you’re low on progesterone (your anti-anxiety hormone) your anxiety is going to be through the roof. You can change that. ⁠

Get a mindfulness routine. Yoga or from a meditation app. Basically just like STOP for 2 minutes!! It’s harder than it sounds. ⁠

Correct your nutrient deficiencies. If you’re low on b vitamins, iron or some other nutrients you’re not going to have your best energy and you might be kind of moody and anxious.⁠
